Correction of stitching defects
- Prepare control charts to monitor quality during production according to workplace procedures.
- Correct the stitching defects like uneven stitch length, thread incompatibility, curling, shading, uneven panels, pulling or puckering, stretching and needle damage.
- Maintain the required quality during stitching.
- Analyze product specification, the data and results of quality monitoring.
- Record product specification, the data and
- results of quality monitoring in the required format.
- Check the stitched garment meet the parameters of the quality standard.
- Reject the parts or garment which do not meet the quality specifications.
