NZ Seasonal Wear Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘NZ Seasonal Wear’ or ‘the Company’) was incorporated on June 4, 2009, specializing in the manufacturing of rainwear and winter wear for men, women, and children across all age groups. However, the group has been present in the Indian market for nearly 30 years through its other business entities. NZ Seasonal Wear was established with the aim of becoming a leader in the outerwear segment. The company’s flagship brand, ZEEL, is the most sought-after brand in this segment in the Indian retail market.

The company employs around 7,500 people both directly and indirectly, including a large number of workers from tribal areas and rural women. NZ Seasonal Wear is self-reliant and involved in various product development processes, from design conceptualization to finished goods, all within its own facility. The resources available in the company’s facility include in-house printing, seam sealing (ultrasonic and hot) machines, high-frequency welding machines, and other value-adding techniques necessary to ensure the quality of the products.

मेरी जन्मस्थली “वागड़ ” में जील फैक्ट्री की स्थापना होना मेरे लिए निजी रूप से अपार प्रसन्नता एवं गर्व का विषय है | यह मेरे माता पिता की असीम अनुकम्पा एवं क्षेत्र की जनता के स्नेह एवं आशीर्वाद से ही संभव हो सका है |
वर्तमान में जील देश की अग्रणी गारमेंट उत्पादक कंपनी है , जहाँ पर 350 से अधिक प्रकार के विश्वस्तरीय गुणवत्तायुक्त फैशन गारमेंट्स का उत्पादन किया जा रहा है | राजस्थान के दक्षिणांचल वागड़ में समुचित ओद्योगिक विकास का न होना एक चिंता का विषय है | ओद्योगिक इकाइयों के आभाव में यंहा की युवाशक्ति को रोजीरोटी के लिए अन्य राज्यों में पलायन करना पड़ता है | हर प्रकार से अभावग्रस्त यहाँ के लोगो को रोज़गार प्राप्त हो सके, स्थानीय महिलाओं के हाथों में हुनर हो, उनका सामाजिक एवं शेक्षणिक एवं आर्थिक उन्नयन होकर वे समाज की मुख्य धारा से जुड़ सकें इसी सोच से सन 2012 में सागवाड़ा – राजस्थान में एक फक्ट्री न्यू जील रेन वियर की स्थापना की गई एवं उसके बाद लगातार हमारे निष्ठावान कार्मिकों के सहयोग से वर्तमान में 3000 से अधिक स्थानीय युवाशक्ति हमारे साथ में कदम से कदम मिलाते हुए अपनी सफलता की नई इबारत लिख रहे है |

New Zeel Rainwear
Situated in Sagwara, Dungarpur (Rajasthan), the proprietorship firm was established in 2011 and is owned by Deenbandhu G Trivedi as its proprietor. Currently, the firm specializes in manufacturing and supplying rainwear and winter wear products to NZ Seasonal Wear Private Limited for onward sales to end customers. The company employs approximately 4,000 workers, predominantly tribal women, and contributes around 40% of the total production requirement of NZ Seasonal Wear Private Limited.
At ZEEL, we consistently maintain our position as the primary MSME employer in the tribal Dungarpur district (TSP Area). We believe in conducting business with social responsibility, with a mission focused on youth empowerment and playing a significant role in the economic growth of tribal women by providing employment opportunities in the VAGAD area. The company has employed approximately 4,000 individuals, each with their own inspiring success stories, contributing to various segments of the company.
During the pandemic, NEW ZEEL RAINWEAR achieved recognition as one of the top 5 suppliers of PPE kits to the Government of India, proudly contributing to the fight against the pandemic. NZ Tech & Textiles Limited
Situated in Bhiwandi, Thane Maharashtra, the company was incorporated in 2018 and is owned by the Trivedi family. The company is primarily engaged in fabric processing for lamination and printing purposes. Operating on a job work basis, it provides printing and lamination services to NZ Seasonal Wear Private Limited, along with other external parties. The company currently boasts a fabric lamination capacity of 1.2 crore meters and a printing capacity of 75 lakh meters per annum.
NZ Health & Medical Centre
This multispecialty hospital, situated in Sagwara, Dungarpur, Rajasthan, boasts 200 beds and is predominantly owned by the Trivedi Family. Dedicated to providing top-notch medical services to those in need at affordable rates, the hospital extends credit facilities to rural and tribal individuals who may lack sufficient financial resources for medical treatments.

NZ Buildcon Private Limited
Established in 2013, this company was formed to undertake construction activities in Sagwara, Dungarpur, Rajasthan. Specializing in the development of the ZEEL Club House, integrated residential flats, bungalows, and environmentally friendly homes, the company prioritizes safety and affordability in housing schemes. These endeavors aim to elevate the living standards of residents and position the town as a burgeoning hub for growth and development, attracting and retaining local populations.
Approaching the end of its tenure, the company is nearing closure as it has successfully concluded all its projects. However, there remains a need to clear some remaining inventory, which has been delayed due to the economic slowdown induced by the COVID-19 pandemic.

New Zeel Fashion Wear Private Limited specializes in the manufacturing and sales of outerwear products, including rainwear, winter wear, and safety wear for men, women, and children. The company also exports its products to the USA, Europe, and Middle Eastern countries. With over 30 years of experience in rainwear manufacturing, the group currently operates manufacturing units in Sagwara, Dungarpur (Rajasthan), Bhiwandi and Vasai (Maharashtra), and Vaishali (Bihar).
In line with its expansion plans, New Zeel Fashion Wear Private Limited is in the process of establishing a new unit in Chhayan – Badnawar (Madhya Pradesh) to set up a world-class production facility for manufacturing and selling outerwear products. The expansion aims to enhance the company’s presence in both domestic and export markets. The new unit will be situated on 50 hectares of undeveloped land, dedicated to the production of rainwear and winter wear products, as well as facilitating backward integration within the supply chain.
The objective of the project is to establish a comprehensive in-house manufacturing setup for rainwear and winter wear products. This entails the integration of various production processes, from fabric processing and printing to final product assembly, within a single facility. By consolidating these operations, New Zeel Fashion Wear Private Limited aims to streamline its manufacturing process, enhance quality control, and optimize production efficiency.
Furthermore, the company is focused on bolstering its production capacity to meet the growing demands in both the domestic and global markets. With an eye toward expanding its customer base and fulfilling increasing orders, New Zeel Fashion Wear Private Limited seeks to fortify its position as a leading provider of outerwear products.
Training & Development for Rural/Tribal Youth
(a) The Group has been awarded the DeenDayal Upadhyaya – Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDUGKY) Project by the Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation, the largest project of its kind in Rajasthan. Operating commendably managed centers in Banswara and Dungarpur, the Group focuses on providing skill training to rural/tribal women. With a commitment to surpassing the scheme’s target, the Group aims to employ all 2500 trained women over the next three years in its own manufacturing facilities. This initiative not only generates employment opportunities for rural/tribal women but also contributes significantly to the socio-economic development of the region. (b) The Group is in the process of applying to the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, New Delhi, to establish a skill training center in the garment sector in the state of Madhya Pradesh. This initiative aims to train 5000 rural/tribal youths over a period of three years. The proposal includes setting up these centers at 4-5 suitable locations across Madhya Pradesh. Upon completion of training, these youths will have employment opportunities at the proposed unit in Ratlam and the existing units in Rajasthan, based on manpower requirements.

New Zeel Fashion Wear Pvt. Ltd’s Training Center, situated in the serene village of Chhayan, Block Badnawar, Dist. Dhar (MP), stands as a beacon of opportunity for aspiring individuals seeking skill enhancement in the garment industry. Spanning across 20,000 square feet, this state-of-the-art facility is equipped to accommodate and train up to 500 aspirants simultaneously. With a commitment to practical learning, the center boasts four dedicated practical/domain labs, each equipped with a range of 300 sewing and special industrial machines, providing hands-on experience essential for mastering the craft.
Complementing the practical learning environment are eight well-appointed classrooms, fostering conducive spaces for theoretical instruction and interactive sessions. Additionally, a sprawling conference hall spanning 4000 square feet serves as a versatile venue for seminars, workshops, and collaborative discussions, enriching the learning experience further.
Amidst the rigorous training regimen, the center ensures ample opportunities for recreation and rejuvenation, with a spacious playground and open space extending over 5000 square feet. This holistic approach not only facilitates skill acquisition but also fosters personal growth and development, preparing individuals for successful careers in the garment industry.
New Zeel Fashion Wear Training Centre, Badnawar District, Dhar (MP)
Located in Sagwara, Dungarpur (Rajasthan), the New Zeel Rain Wear Training Center spans a spacious 12,000 sq. ft. Designed to empower and educate, the center accommodates up to 200 aspirants at a time, fostering hands-on learning in two practical/domain labs equipped with 100 advanced sewing and specialized industrial machines. The facility includes four well-appointed classrooms, a 2,000 sq. ft. conference hall for seminars and events, and a 2,000 sq. ft. playground/open space for recreational activities, creating an enriching environment for skill development and community engagement.
Zeel Institute of Technology, Sagwara (Rajasthan)
Zeel Institute, located in Sagwara, District Dungarpur, Rajasthan, spans an impressive 60,000 square feet. This state-of-the-art training center is designed to accommodate up to 300 aspirants at a time, providing them with hands-on experience through its four practical/domain labs. The institute is well-equipped with 150 sewing and specialized industrial machines, ensuring comprehensive training in garment manufacturing.
