Established in 2022, Zeel Institute stands as a premier training center for skill development in Rajasthan, catering to the burgeoning need for skilled professionals in various industries. Nestled in Sagwara city, District Dungarpur, our institute offers top-notch skill development courses in affiliation with RSLDC and MORD, Government of India. With a track record of training and placing over 2500 individuals, Zeel Institute is a subsidiary of Zeel Rainwear, India’s largest manufacturer of rainwear apparels, operating since 2009. With over 10,000 members, Zeel Rainwear’s legacy and expertise complement our mission of empowering rural youth in Rajasthan. Through our specialized programs and initiatives, we aim to uplift and equip the youth of rural Rajasthan with the necessary skills and opportunities to thrive in today’s competitive job market, thereby fostering socio-economic growth and prosperity in the region.

Middle managers are the people who are the key vertebrae for the fashion industry. These managers are required to cater to the diverse needs of the fashion industry, where it is highly essential for the middle and lower ranks to look after an enormous variety of staff as well as machinery.

मेरी जन्मस्थली “वागड़ ” में जील फैक्ट्री की स्थापना होना मेरे लिए निजी रूप से अपार प्रसन्नता एवं गर्व का विषय है | यह मेरे माता पिता की असीम अनुकम्पा एवं क्षेत्र की जनता के स्नेह एवं आशीर्वाद से ही संभव हो सका है |

वर्तमान में जील देश की अग्रणी गारमेंट उत्पादक कंपनी है , जहाँ पर 350 से अधिक प्रकार के विश्वस्तरीय गुणवत्तायुक्त फैशन गारमेंट्स का उत्पादन किया जा रहा है | राजस्थान के दक्षिणांचल वागड़ में समुचित ओद्योगिक विकास का न होना एक चिंता का विषय है | ओद्योगिक इकाइयों के आभाव में यंहा की युवाशक्ति को रोजीरोटी के लिए अन्य राज्यों में पलायन करना पड़ता है | हर प्रकार से अभावग्रस्त यहाँ के लोगो को रोज़गार प्राप्त हो सके, स्थानीय महिलाओं के हाथों में हुनर हो, उनका सामाजिक एवं शेक्षणिक एवं आर्थिक उन्नयन होकर वे समाज की मुख्य धारा से जुड़ सकें इसी सोच से सन 2012 में सागवाड़ा – राजस्थान में एक फक्ट्री न्यू जील रेन वियर की स्थापना की गई एवं उसके बाद लगातार हमारे निष्ठावान कार्मिकों के सहयोग से वर्तमान में 3000 से अधिक स्थानीय युवाशक्ति हमारे साथ में कदम से कदम मिलाते हुए अपनी सफलता की नई इबारत लिख रहे है |

ज़ील रेन वियर द्वारा स्थानीय क्षेत्र के दूर-दराज के पिछड़े गांवों में निम्नवर्ग के समुदायों की सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक उन्नति में अविश्वसनीय रूप से लगातार योगदान दिया जा रहा है , समाज के सबसे निचले तबके की गरीब आदिवासी महिलाओं को स्वावलम्बन प्रदान किया जा रहा है, उनमे कौशल का विकास हो रहा है, उनके रोजगार से जुड़ने पर पूरे क्षेत्र का कायापलट होने लगा है, इनका जीवन बेहतर बनाने में कामयाबी मिल रही है |हमारा यह दृढ़ विश्वास है कि हमारे संगठित सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व और बरसों से एकत्रित अपनी सामाजिक जागरूकता, नवाचार, सर्वोत्तम प्रथाओं और ज्ञान के माध्यम से क्षेत्र के विकास को एक नई दिशा मिलने का हमारा संकल्प जारी रहेगा
